PADI Divemaster
The PADI Divemaster Course, part of our PADI Pro Courses, is your first step towards becoming a professional scuba diver. After you successfully pass this course, you will possess the minimum requirements for a career in the diving industry. Divemasters are permitted to supervise recreational diving activities and work as an Assistant Instructor in all PADI courses. You will be a leader and mentor as you work closely with dive students and other dive professionals. Taking this PADI Pro Course is a stepping stone to earning your PADI Instructor rating.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 18 years or older and hold a PADI Rescue Diver Certification. If you hold a similar certification from another diver training organization, please ask us if it qualifies.
- A medical statement signed by a physician within the last 12 months.
- At least 40 logged dives to begin the course and 60 dives to earn certification.
- If you have not dived in 6 months or more we require a quick refresher course.

Note: We can provide you with weights and tanks. However, because this is a professional course you should have your own scuba gear to use that you are familiar with. You also need a dive computer, dive knife, and at least 2 surface signaling devices.
